In 2001, in partnership with Cirque du Monde, arcenciel initiated a program for training in circus arts, named cirquenciel. This project aims to strengthen the relationship and dialogue between young people by engaging them in paid circus performance.
Under the frame of this project, a circus school is created in which training in such circus arts as juggling, acrobatics, magic, youth animation techniques and proper social communication.
Similarly, a circus for young people has been created which is responsible for preparing and conducting circus acts in several institutions within Lebanon.
